Tall grey-blue mottled vase
This large vase is presumably 1960s, and has a mottled soft grey exterior and blue mottled interior. The effect resembles Poole twintone ware. With Flora shield backstamp (too weak to photograph). Pristine condition. Value: £25-35
Deer tile
Possibly influenced by the film Bambi (1942), this tile looks to be from the 1960s. There was a matching tile with a similar design but different colouring. Marked with shield backstamp and "handpainted". Pristine condition. Value: £10
Flora Keramiek vase
Mould no. 944 (a smaller 942 was also produced). Chocolate-coloured, and with stacked disk pattern reminiscent of Robert Welch's Hobart candlestick (see Wood & Metal). In mint condition with only a tiny scratch to the glaze; original label and retailer's sticker. This vase is also seen in white, and comes from a wonderful, and largely uncollected, series of ceramics made, I think, in the 1980s. They are not particularly common, but I love them! Value: I got this in 2004 for a ridiculous 4 euros, but I have seen white ones, with crazing, on sale for 40 euros.

Black-brown flared-lip vase
Matt finish with a few scratches, otherwise mint. Probably 1980s.

Patterned dish (c. early 60s)
Rounded triangular dish (a real fifties and early sixties shape) with a pattern of blue, black and silver-coloured pine trees. No damage, but very slight traces of wear in the centre. The backstamp was very weak so I had to boost the contrast in the photo (right). It shows a crown surmounting a shield and has the words KONINKLIJKE PLATEELBAKKERIJ ZUID-HOLLAND GOUDA.
Candleholder
or plant ring (bloemsteker, in Dutch). Bright orange, with circular stepping inside. Similar to ADCO's flower holders. Value: £2
